First Annual Club year end potluck celebration
- When: Sunday, June 23rd after the water show
- Time: 1:30
- Where: Garry Oak room (Gym at the pool)
- Who: All club athletes (all programs) and their families
- What: A celebration of our fantastic year as well as all development awards.
RSVP: by June 14th with numbers attending AND what you will be bringing (say in the comments please!)
Information: This is a potluck event where we ask each family to bring an appetizer that feeds approx. 12-16 people.
Please see the list below for your group's items
- Swimkids & Aqua Go: veggie plate and dips (hummus or other etc.)
- Swim School Monday -Wednesday: Fruit trays
- SwimSchool Tuesday-Thursday: cheese and crackers type charcuterie
- Teens and Provincial Stream: Meat style charcuterie
- National Stream: Taco chips, seven layer dips, salsa, mini pinwheel wraps, sandwich trays etc.
More details on drop off times for food will be shared closer to event.
