Victoria Artistic Swimming
National Stream Program including a 2nd routine
This is for those athletes who have been assessed and invited to join our national stream program by our head coach.
Fees are calculated on an annual basis and can be paid in either 3 or 6 installments. Fees are paid by pre-authorized debit. Your pre-authorized debit form will be emailed to you with confirmation of registration.

TRAINING:
Training at PANORAMA while SCP is closed for annual maintenance:
- Wed Sep 9th & Wed Sep 16th: 4-7pm, Sat Sep 12th & Sat Sep 19th: 8-11am
Regular training at Saanich Commonwealth Place (SCP) begins Mon Sep 21st
- Mondays 4-7:30pm
- Wednesdays 4-5:30 figure/skill sessions mandatory unless there is a conflict with 2nd routines, 5:30-7 2nd routine coached
- Thursdays 4-7:30 pm
- Sundays 8 am—1:30 pm
Training camps may be scheduled during Christmas Break and before Nationals each season. These will be communicated as well in advance as possible, and attendance at these camps should be considered mandatory. Coaches will do their best to communicate camp information as early as possible. Understand that at the National level, extra training close to major competitions should be expected.
Victoria Artistic Swimming Cancellation Policy:
Before December 1, 2026:
An athlete wishing to withdraw from the club must give 30 days written notice to the head coach (Victoriaheadcoachbrenda@gmail.com) and registrar (jennifervicsynchro@gmail.com) of the club. Training fees are payable until the expiry of the 30 day notice period. Club Registration Fee, BCAS & CAS fees are non-refundable!
After December 1, 2026:
An athlete that wishes to withdraw from the club will not receive a refund except for medical reasons or extenuating circumstances which will be reviewed on an individual basis and at the discretion of the Victoria Artistic Swimming Board.
